My name is Patrick Bolliger,  I am a seasoned professional inspector who inspects residences and light commercial properties. 

I approach inspections with a genuine interest in my clients’ safety and well being.  From top to bottom I check for problems, some which maybe obvious to you, and some that are not as easily seen as you might expect.  Inspecting a building takes skill and a keen sense of observation plus the knowledge to decipher visible clues as to the current condition of the building. 

Anyone can inspect a building but do they see and understand what is present before them.  First and foremost is safety, I inspect the property for any existing or potential safety hazards that may exist.    Most buildings have maintenance concerns, so we can customize your report on how much information you want.  I can tailor the quantity of information in the report to suit your needs. 

Committed to consumer education, I urge you to be present at the inspection, a valuable educational experience during which you can ask questions on the spot and better understand the report. I offer informative maintenance tips and share knowledge of the building that gives you control, confidence, and peace of mind about your decision and negotiations.
