Inspection OverviewA home cannot fail an inspection. A professional home inspection is an independent, unbaised visual examination of a home for any condition concerns. The inspector will document findings so you will have the information you need to make a sound, investment decision.Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take several hours, usually between two to four hours. Ideally, you will accompany your inspector during the inspection, so that you will have visual reinforcement of your digitially prepared report.Every inspection is a thorough analysis of all the major systems and components in the home.
